Blog #IV
Hey Lovelies,
Welcome to talk to you Tuesday!
This past week was full of travel and new experiences.
I had the pleasure of attending two events, one in McAllen and another in San Antonio. Meeting all of you and sharing the joy of conversation truly warms my heart.
Looking ahead, I have a book reading and signing this Thursday, March 13th, at 6 PM CT at Búho in Brownsville, TX. It’s a gorgeous bookstore, and I highly recommend stopping by!
This week, I also learned something I want to share with you all.
I’ve always looked for the best in others, believing that everyone deserves a light in their life. I try to offer mine freely, even if it means stripping it from myself to let others glow with prosperity. But I never realized that in giving away my light so easily, I was dimming my own.
I think sharing light should be a mutual connection, something exchanged, not taken. But when someone becomes blinded by their own intentions, is it still worth giving that flame?
Sharing light mindlessly led me to a truth I hadn’t seen before,a truth that shone through the shadows of my own naivety.
The lesson I take from this is simple: Share your light. Spread your love. But remember, your light belongs to you. Give it with intention, with care, and always through the love you hold for yourself.
& choose love always.
